Despite offering unparalled luxury condos, they were having difficulties recruiting consumers to register for viewings of their presentation gallery. They came to us for a full scale paid media push to reach their target market and find people their new homes.

THE SOLUTION:

Using our data science team and social hearing practice, we were able to find out more about where our target market looked for homes, what they wanted in a new home, how to engage them online, and so much more. We used this data to develop channel specific, highly relevent content to our target market, including photos and videos that showcased the interiors, landmark architechture, neighbourhood, and amenities.

THE RESULTS:

We generated millions of impressions and tens of thousands of engagements over the course of the campaign, successfully helping Mizrahi Developments attract registrations for their presentation gallery.
