North Of Brooklyn Pizzeria in Toronto is one of the most popular independent pizzerias in Canada. After an incredibly successful year, they decided they would like to create a marketing campaign that would permanently plant their flag amongst millenaials and garner global recognition.

THE SOLUTION

Our data science team discovered something that would take on a life of its’ own. 6 months prior to the 2017 US election, while young voters in America were talking about Hillary “the scoundrel” and Donald “the guy who makes fun of people with disabilities”, young Canadians were having a very different conversation online; they were saying “IF Toronto is North America’s 4th largest city, hugely effected by American politics, why don’t we get to vote?”

So, Beyond Marketing helped North of Brooklyn Pizzeria get Canada a vote in the US election for the 1st time in 150 years.

THE RESULTS

The campaign was featured in hundreds of publications online and offline as well as TV new programs. The Pizzeria received global attention, and continues to grow.
