Social Management and Strategy for Google+

The Situation: In 2013, Google targeted the Small Medium Businesses market as a major revenue driver for online advertising. To capture this audience, Google needed their network of AdWords resellers to improve at retaining and growing clients. Our goal was to build a strategy for Google that would help top AdWords resellers to become better businesses.

The Solution: We developed the Google Partners private community - the goal was to educate resellers (Google Partners) through a private online community where Google and the community members could share informational materials and sales tools, answer questions for one another and motivate growth, collectively building the Google Partners Program.

The Results: 
• Globally recognized by Google as a transformational success story. 
• Given the overwhelming success of the Canadian Test Community, the program was rolled out across North America. The result is the largest G+ community in North America, with over 30,000 members. 
• To date, the community has met and surpassed all KPIs including a significant increase in revenue. 
• In 2015 we launched a sub-community dedicated to high performing members.
